Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment when a Return Authorization has been issued by Hard Time Products. No returns should be sent without the Return Authorization form that was issued by Hard Time Products. All returns should be sent to the Hard Time Products Warehouse. We will provide a label for the return.
Any items that have been Screen printed or custom made may not be returned.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is needed due to an error by Hard Time Products or the items that were received are damaged, we will gladly issue a full refund for all expenses and cover all return shipping costs. If the return is not due to an error by Hard Time Products, the customer may be required to cover the return costs and any restocking fees that are associated with the purchase.
